Hello, I’m Jasmine! I’ve been a proud part of the team at H.E.L.P.S since early 2025. In my role as Patient Care Coordinator and Wendy’s assistant, I handle our day-to-day administrative tasks and billing operations to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

If you call our office, I’m one of the friendly voice on the other end of the line. I consider myself an authentic and reliable person, and I’m always here to pick up the phone to provide whatever assistance or support you might need. For me, the best part of my job is knowing that my work helps make someone's day-to-day life a little easier.

When I’m not supporting our clients and team, you can usually find me immersed in my favorite hobbies. I have a deep love for listening to and making music, and I also enjoy getting outdoors and hiking whenever I get the chance.

Greetings, I’m Zenia. I graduated from Lyme Central High School with a regents diploma in June of 2018.

After graduation I was ambitious and wanted to start working right away. I started a full time job in healthcare at Oswego Hospital. I worked there as a Switchboard Operator for a year and a half where I would receive and transfer hundreds of calls daily. I also worked in Patient Registration at the Central Square Urgent Care for a year where I would get patients checked in to be seen by an available provider. I knew right from the start I wanted to help others find care!

I consider myself a very empathetic, and grounded individual. When I have spare time I love being outdoors soaking up the sun as much as possible. Hiking, and kayaking are some of my favorite outdoor activities! I also enjoy other activities such as gardening, cooking, and painting. Expressing my creativity, and exploring the unknown excites me!

In December of 2021 I started working at H.E.L.P.S, almost 5 years now! My title is Patient Care Manager. My main priority is providing our patients with a smooth onboarding experience to make their therapy journeys easier all around!

I also help with many other administrative duties to keep our office running smoothly. I take pride in being a quick problem solver, and contributing my skills as much as possible. Working at H.E.L.P.S has been incredible! Everyday I look forward to helping others. Our wonderfully dedicated team continues to help me and others reach their full potential.
